Palomino’s extensive menus are carefully curated to ensure inclusion of the very best quality, locally sourced ingredients, with many herbs, garnishes and vegetables grown on Ingliston estate itself.

Open 7 days, Palomino’s has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Featuring a large well-stocked central bar and an unrivalled view of Ingliston’s international indoor horse arena, it is a dining experience like no other.

When the fairer weather is upon us, Palomino’s Al Fresco terrace is the perfect place to enjoy eating, drinking and watching the world go by, while the sun is out! Families with younger children can make the most of fair weather spending time in the playpark in Ingliston’s Italian Gardens.

For those looking for a delicious meal in the comfort of your Motorhome or caravan, much of our menu can be delivered directly by contacting Palomino’s during your stay or using our Ingliston App, available 12pm – 8:30pm.
